Welcome to the Wall ISD Assessment page.  The primary goal for this page is to provide support and information for successful and effective implementation of all state testing requirements. STAAR (State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness) is the testing program put in place by the Texas Education Agency and is administered through the state. Here you will also find information about Accountability,Section 504 and Dyslexia.
