Mrs. Sorelle and the High School-English 1301 students took history beyond the classroom! 🏙️
Partnering with the New York Tenement Museum, they participated in the international Your Story, Our Story project — a collection that celebrates family heritage and the objects that tell our personal histories.
After taking a virtual field trip through the museum and researching their own family stories, students submitted entries that are now shared on the museum’s website! 📜🌍
We’re so proud of their creativity, reflection, and hard work in connecting the past to the present through their own stories.
Our WISD Cross Country teams competed at the district meet and brought home some hardware! 🏆Congratulations to all of our runners and coaches on an outstanding performance!
